It is cost-effective, but the delivery time is relatively longer. DHL Express service is available worldwide. It is more expensive, but it offers faster delivery times.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE BEFORE MY ORDER GETS SHIPPED?
We are aiming to have your order dispatched within 5 business days. The time is affected by the inventory of the brand from which we retrieve the ordered item. Furthermore, there will be chances that the ordered item may run out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible via email if that happens.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
There are two delivery stages are as follows. The estimated durations for each delivery stage are as follows.
Stage 1. Preparing order/dispatched
Order is confirmed and processed by the brand to arrive at logistic center. This stage takes approximately 3 business days. The time is affected by the inventory of the brand. Furthermore, there will be chances that the ordered item may run out of stock. We will notify you as soon as possible via email if that happens.
Stage 2. Shipped/Out of delivery
Delivery starts from our logistic center to local delivery in progress. The duration for this stage may vary depending on the shipping service type chosen and the destination country.

The above are estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time for your order before posting or of the customs in the destination country. MY SHIPMENT IS SHOWING 'CUSTOM STATUS UPDATED FROM THE DESTINATION,' EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPMENT JUST LEFT THE COUNTRY. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED HAS BEEN RETURNED?
If you provide incorrect delivery information when placing an order or if the recipient is absent for an extended period, the items will be automatically returned to Korea. In such cases, re-delivery of the items is not possible, and the payment amount, excluding the return shipping fee, will be refunded to you. To avoid such situations, please ensure accurate delivery address information when placing an order. If you are unable to receive the items due to absence, please contact the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
