WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO, WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEE, AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We deliver to over 220 countries from Korea using Korea Post, ZTO International, and DHL. There are two delivery stages as follows:

Stage 1. Preparing order/dispatched

  • After checkout, we begin preparing your order for shipment. This includes waiting to receive item(s) from the brands. Temporary stock shortages may occasionally cause delays.
  • Duration: Avg. 3 business days

Stage 2. Shipped/Out of delivery

  • Delivery starts from our logistic center in Korea and proceed to local delivery in your country.
  • Duration: 2 - 12 business days
  • The below are estimated time required by the postal service and do not include customs clearance. In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time for clearance, which could further delay in the delivery.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES?

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the listed price, and you may be responsible for paying them. No refund will be given if you do not pay these charges and your shipment is returned, abandoned, or destroyed. We are not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from customs procedures or your failure to comply with import requirements.

Effective August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States will be subject to customs duties and taxes, regardless of the shipment value.

MY SHIPMENT IS SHOWING 'CUSTOM STATUS UPDATED FROM THE DESTINATION,' EVEN THOUGH THE SHIPMENT JUST LEFT THE COUNTRY. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

This status provides an indication of the customs clearance process from the destination. Please click on the "Show details" button to view additional information. This allows you to see if there is additional information required by customs for clearance.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED HAS BEEN RETURNED?

If the delivery information provided during the order is incorrect or the recipient is absent for an extended period, the items will be automatically returned to Korea. In such cases, re-delivery will not be possible, and a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping fee, import/export taxes, and duty tax importer charges.

To avoid these issues, ensure that the delivery address is accurate. If you are unable to receive the items due to absence, contact the delivery company in advance to arrange a suitable delivery schedule.
